Thermometer teaching unit Using
a self-made thermometer, the pupils can get to know the conceptual fundamentals of heat and thermal expansion. You will then be able to develop your own scale, read the Celsius scale and determine the melting and boiling point of the water on the scale-less thermometer in the suitcase.

Lesson unit vaporization and compression
The materials in the box are suitable for an age-appropriate treatment of the topic.

The teacher’s handout contains templates with picture stories for some experiments. The gaps in the speech bubbles should motivate the students to think along and at the same time provoke a lively class discussion.
